How the website enquiry form handles information.
Information you provide
The enquiry form requests your name, email address, enquiry topic, message and, optionally, company. It sends this information to the website’s configured enquiry inbox so Talnet can respond.
Technical checks
The form uses a security token, a hidden spam field and a short-lived rate-limit record derived from your network address. The rate-limit identifier is hashed and is not written into the enquiry email.
Website features
This theme does not add analytics, advertising trackers, externally loaded fonts or marketing cookies. Your hosting provider, WordPress installation and any added plugins may process additional information.
Job applications and CVs
Application forms collect contact details, location, relevant work experience, availability, work eligibility, optional salary expectations and profile URL, and a CV. Applications and CV files are stored in the WordPress database for authorised administrators to review. CVs are not placed in the public media library. The configured admin inbox receives a notification linking to the application, rather than the CV attachment. Administrators can export application details as CSV; exports must be handled securely.
The owner must specify the applicant privacy information, lawful basis, access controls and retention policy before collecting real applications. Deleting an application permanently removes its stored CV metadata, but separate backups and downloaded exports require their own retention handling.
Guide download requests
To unlock a guide PDF, the site requests a name and email address and records the chosen guide, request time and privacy acknowledgement in the WordPress database. Authorised administrators can review and export requests. A temporary download link is displayed on the page; no email delivery or marketing subscription is added by this form. The link expires after 30 minutes. Guide downloads are not identity verification: the email address is checked for format but is not verified.
The website owner must specify an appropriate lawful basis, retention period and contact route in the final privacy notice. Exported copies and backups need their own access and retention controls.
